No country so famous for its Cultural Heritage. The problem for the visitor is to choose from the vast amount of cultural attractions.

Rome: the countries capital, centre of civilisation through the centuries has always known a intensive artistic productivity. There is the seat of the papacy, Vatican City, in its centre, with the Cathedral of St. Peter. You can visit the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, and then there remains still so much unseen.

Venice, ItalyVenice: another of these beauties. This city of islands was a major sea power as well as a very important centre of commerce (especially in the spice trade). The piazza’s and palaces of Venice harbour great examples of the art of Renaissance. The Italian Renaissance was often labeled as the beginning of the modern epoch. Places to visit San Marco, The canals with its Palaces, Doge’s Palace with the bridge of Sighs connecting to the prison. And so much more

Tuscany and its capital Florence are worth more than a quick visit. This mountainous and hilly region offers beautifull nature scenery, wonderfull cities to visit like Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Grosetto, and a coastline offering long sandy beaches. But what about the Tyrrhenian coastline, with the gulf of Naples and Salerno and the enchanting islands of Capri, Ischia, Procida. Then there is the mountainous region of Calabria where the coastline presents you landcapes of wild beauty, as does the east coast of Italy facing the Adriatic Sea. Here cities like Brindisi, Pescara, Chieti, Parma, Ferrara, Modena sound, Ravenna, sound like music to your ears. Italy, blessed coutry in all its aspects.
